About AIMA The All India Management Association (AIMA) is the Voice of India's Leaders and Managers, and the apex body of the management profession in India. AlMA is a not-for-profit, non-lobbying organisation, and works closely with Industry, Government, Academia, and students to further the cause of the management profession in India. Established in 1957, AIMA has been serving the management community for close to 70 years, contributing immensely to the enhancement of management capability in the country. AlMA has a membership base of over 38,000 members and close to 6,000 corporate/institutional members, through 68 Local Management Associations affiliated to AIMA. About VMA The Vidarbha Management Association (VMA) is a proactive organization dedicated to management learning, convening every Sunday at 10:30 AM. With 20 successful years behind us, we've been on a journey of knowledge sharing, learning dissemination, and community building. Our diverse range of events, sessions, and activities has contributed to the intellectual growth and development of the region. In today's fast-paced world driven by technology, communication, and globalization, knowledge has become a crucial factor for business success. VMA's mission is to empower our members with global management best practices that they can implement immediately. Many of our members attribute their business success and personal achievements to the knowledge gained from VMA. AIMA offers various services in the areas of testing, distance education, skill development & training, research, publications, executive education and management development programmes and special Forums for Young Leaders, Vice Chancellors and women leaders and managers. VMA's objectives include promoting education in scientific management, fostering the exchange of knowledge and experiences among members, extending the benefits of our activities to the public, and collaborating with other professional bodies and educational institutions with similar objectives. About the Programme: The young minds can contribute significantly in steering the Nation forward. The National Management Movement has a part to play in this awakening. Realizing this, AIMA evolved an interesting and innovative programme called the "Shaping Young Minds Programme", which provides a platform for professionals (below the age of 30 years) to interact with leading icons from different fields. The icons speak anecdotally from their own career and experience. The programme aims at helping management students and young managers find the common link between management of self, choosing a career path and achieving the right work environment. The programme aims at helping them manage their career expectations and join their careers armed with confidence, experience and zest. The next Shaping Young Minds Programme is scheduled at Nagpur, Maharashtra in collaboration with Vidarbha Management Association on 7th November 2025 at G H Raisoni College of Engineering. More than 1000 Management Students and Young Entrepreneurs will be participating in this programme.
