Cancellation Policy

Quickly Events acts as a platform for event organizers to sell tickets and manage registrations. Cancellation terms are defined by the respective event organizer and are displayed on the individual event page.

1. Ticket Cancellation

Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be cancelled unless the event organizer explicitly allows cancellations.

2. Cancellation Request Timeline

If cancellations are permitted, requests must be submitted within the timeline specified for that particular event.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizer

In case the event is cancelled by the organizer, eligible customers will be notified and the refund process will be initiated as per the refund policy.

4. Postponed or Rescheduled Events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the revised date. Cancellation and refund eligibility in such cases will depend on the organizer's policy.

5. Post-Event Cancellation

No cancellation requests will be entertained after the event date.
