How it works

    Apply once

    Tell us your city, the event types you cover and, for service partners, what you offer. We verify your e-mail and review every application.

    Get matched

    Approved partners are shown to organisers of public events in their city, and see those events on their partner dashboard.

    Invite or ask

    An organiser invites you, or you ask to work on an event, with a short message. Requests stay open for a limited time.

    Agree and start

    Once the other side accepts, contact details are shared. Promotion partners get their tracked link and promo code for the event.

Local promoters, communities, influencers, colleges and agencies who sell tickets (promotion partners), and vendors who serve events: catering, AV and technical, decor, security, photography, printing and more (service partners). Venues join through the venue partner sign-up.
By city and by event type. You choose your city and the kinds of events you work on (or all types); organisers in that city see you on their event, and you see their public upcoming events.
Either side. An organiser can invite you to an event, or you can ask to work on one. The other side accepts or declines, and our team can step in at any time.
Only after both sides have agreed. Until then the organiser sees your public profile and you see the public event page; phone numbers and e-mail addresses stay private.
