Refund Policy

Quickly Events acts as a platform facilitating ticket sales on behalf of event organizers. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective event organizer.

1. Event Cancellation by Organizer

In case an event is cancelled by the organizer, attendees will be eligible for a refund of the ticket amount (excluding payment gateway/convenience fees, if applicable).

2. Rescheduled Events

If an event is rescheduled, the ticket will remain valid for the new date. If the attendee is unable to attend on the rescheduled date, a refund may be provided subject to the organizer's policy.

3. Refund Request Timeline

Refund requests for eligible cases must be submitted within the specified timeline mentioned on the event page.

4. No-Shows and Partial Attendance

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partially attended events unless explicitly stated by the organizer.

5. Refund Processing

Processing time for approved refunds is typically 5–10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
